Market Square is a mixed-use development designed to provide a landmark anchor. The development contains a hotel, retail, and residences. The residential component features walk-up townhomes, condominiums, and extended-stay hospitality rooms. A north side Chicagoland community, Zion was founded in 1901 as a utopian society by Dr. John Alexander Dowie. It was a planned community, with the major east-west streets and two diagonal streets leading directly into the town center.
