ReTown President and Managing Director Jim Louthen contributed to the development of this landmark facility that serves as the gateway to an urban planning project known as the New Center City Neighborhood. The development consists of a 41,000 square-foot train/bus station that included a roadway passing under the existing railroad tracks, connecting to the existing train station.
