RiverSong Life Community is a 150-acre planned development on Browning Parkway in Farmington, NM — comprised of lodging, retail, office, and residential spaces. This is the first of several hotel projects planned for RiverSong. Hotel developer Farmington Hotel Investors, LLC, built Hilton’s new extended-stay product called HOME2 Suites by Hilton. The hotel is owned by Farmington Hotel Investors LLC and managed by Capri Inc. based in Tucson, AZ. The 92-suite hotel opened in the spring of 2015. It offers amenities such as a business center, a combined fitness center and laundry facility, wireless internet, and complimentary breakfast. The Home2 Suites brand targets travelers staying for five or more nights.
